All products are print-on-demand and made to order. Product colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and printing processes. We strive to represent all items as accurately as possible.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated
Payment is processed securely at checkout
Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
Estimated delivery: 15–18 business days for Canada & USA
Genuino Mart is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged or defective items
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
